TeaHouse Nature operates a global product distribution network designed to reward and compensate distributors for engaging in business activities with the company. This network is distinguished by its hybrid compensation structure, which integrates both binary and uni-level reward systems.
Within this system, members earn Point Volume (PV) from the activities generated by their left and right teams (referred to as "legs"). These points are accumulated based on team performance, and compensation is calculated by matching the points from the weaker leg with those of the stronger leg. A predetermined percentage of the matched volume is then awarded to the distributor as a Matching/Binary Bonus.
Points are generated each time a new member is enrolled through either leg. These points flow upward through the genealogy tree, contributing to the earnings potential of uplines throughout the network.

Members earn 20% referral bonus when they successfully refer new members into their team, regardless of their package.
This incentive serves as a powerful motivator for existing members to recommend the program to their network, fostering a word-of-mouth marketing approach. The 20% referral bonus not only rewards networkers for their efforts in expanding the member base but also creates a mutually beneficial relationship where both the referrer and the new participant gain value.
In addition to receiving a 20% referral bonus for sponsoring new members, members also have the opportunity to earn an Indirect Referral Bonus when their downlines successfully sponsor new members.
This bonus is applicable across generations, ranging from the first to the twelven, depending on the specific package the member has chosen.
When a member's downliners upgrades their respective packages, The member earn direct upgrade bonus of 20%. This earning is based on the PV difference between the downlines current package and his newly upgraded package.
In addition to receiving a 20% upgrade bonus from downliner's upgrades, members also have the opportunity to earn an Indirect Upgrade Bonus when their downliners downlines upgrade to higher packages.
This bonus is applicable across generations, ranging from the first to the twelven, depending on the specific package the member has chosen.
Members earn ₦2,000 per matching on their account. A matching is when points on the lesser leg (Left or Right) matches with points on the other leg. Members earn ₦2,000 per the amount of times a matching occured (depending on the member’s package).
This is paid to the member as Binary Bonus.
The minimum amount of points (Left & Right) needed for a matching to occur is 35 points.

Members who are making product repurchase also earn certain amount as personal repurchase bonus. This bonus ranges from 30% to 10% of the products purchased.
In addition to the repurchase bonus, members earn unilevel bonus when their downlines (from 1st –12 generation) repurchased products. These bonuses are paid directly to the member for instant withdrawal
.At the end of every matching, points matched for each member accumulates and are used to qualify members for various rank awards when they meet a certain treshold. Below are the various rank awards members can qualify for as they advance in their TeaHouse Natures career.
Upon a member’s qualification for an award rank, the sponsor shall receive a specified percentage of the award’s value as a leadership bonus, in recognition of exemplary leadership performance.
Upon a member’s registration as a stockist, the company shall issue a one-time cashback equivalent to a specified percentage of the stockist signup package fee.
Members earn 5% as stockist referral bonus when they successfully refer any of their sponsored downline to sign up as a stockist, regardless of their package.
In addition to the direct stockist referral bonus, members also earn a certain percentage when their downlines successfully refer a stockist, regardless of their package.
All stockists are entitled to this bonus and it is calculated based on the amount of products a shop center is able to distribute in a month. Mini Shop Center earn 1.5% per product monthly as Shop Center Activity Bonus, while Mega Shop Centers earn 2.5% and 1% per product collected monthly.
The company shares 2% of its quarterly profit it amongst all president members. This means so long as the company continues to make profit all highest rank members are expected to earn their share of the quarterly profit made by the company.
